This stem activities teaches children how to make a 3-D object out of flat material. Making 3-D objects out of flat materials

Material Needed:


-Pencil

-Eraser

-Ruler

-Scissors

-Ball Point Pen

-Sharpie (felt tip marker)

-Colored Pencil

-Masking Tape

-11 x 17 inch cardstock

-11 x 17 graph paper

-Tacky glue

-12 x 12 cardboard (mount house before it is subjected to Hurricane Bell.

-Leaf blower

At the conclusion of this program the STEM teacher put the houses on a stand and took a leaf blower to see what one he could "blow" up. The ones that stood the winds, won.
